The donation system is not sustainable and will set the proposal system to fail immediately. While the 20% seems high, the fact is that if it works well value will be added to the protocol so that the 20% reduction is offset by increased Steem price. However, I think they have the space to reconsider the 20% amount as well.

I am completely against it and the SPS need to find a way outside of this chain and to be creative. You can find the money when you truly believe without the reward poll, the true spirit of entrepreneurship.
