We are community, but first we are individuals and we have to become more responsible when it comes to actions because our actions determines our thoughts. For sure ! WE must respect the efforts that each individual is puttin in. That's what is deserved and will surely help that individual do which is worth a lot. And when such individuals club up we get an ideal COMMUNITY
