Video of the Famous Acapulco Cliff Divers!

I can't believe how much footage I still have to go through from my awesome Acapulco adventures! I still owe you guys some recap videos from Anarchapulco too. ;) It was fun to look back through the shots from this day and put together this video for you guys to check out!
Acapulco is famous for their cliff diving show. You can either go to the lookout - or do what we did and sit in the La Perla bar that is right on the cliff side! It was so nice to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the show because it takes about 45 minutes.
What was so impressive is that the cliff diver's not only dive into this incredibly shallow canal - but they also climb the cliffside they are about to jump from! This is why the show takes so long - because they are going one or two jumper at a time.
If you find yourself at Acapulco, I'd highly recommend grabbing a glass of wine, sitting back, and enjoying the awesome show! Bring some pesos to tip the divers too because I get the sense they only work on tips... They actually stand outside the restaurant after the show to chat with you!

I imagine seeing it in person is even more impressive considering the process and the height!

Oh it was so cool!! We were just far enough away that it was pretty hard to really capture on camera. Would totally recommend going if you ever find yourself in Acapulco. :)
