I wanted to point out the FAKE news that is currently happening particularly in my country. I can see it affecting my parents turning their minds against the government because of the BS that the media here are reporting regarding the government.
President Duterte is against the Oligarchs in this country and it so happens that the media here are owned by powerful families which in turn against the current government so in turn the media just uses its power to put bad reports about the government while giving exposure to the opposition and communists.
It is just a sad truth that the media is just an arm of big businesses that only wants more fame, power, and money and doesn't really report what is good but rather just sensationalize issues for thier own and their boss's interests.
