The only other social media DApp I feel is worth looking into at this point is CENT.co , it is an entirely different culture. It cannot be compared to steem as it is a standalone DApp on Ethereum but it is pretty good if you take the time to learn it. Vlog-wise no video platform but you can embed videos easily. Some people I have introduced are earning more there, than they do here. I hop in there now and then.
