steem power would help because it increases the chance of getting steem, DTC also but after the first round when they launch the main-net (i don't know day of that)

I do not know, but maybe downvotes, to increase you need upvotes, its better when someone with high vote power upvote your post, a curator will upvote you if he thinks your post is good enough for it.
