Accountability is super important and you get excellent accountability and expedited growth from having a mentor or coach. Plus sharing your intentions for action or goal in social media and with close friends who will not accept any of your future excuses as they know you just too well to allow any of that LOL
Accountability means you have a goal, and you are willing to measure your success in achieving it. It shows commitment, which other people are typically looking for before they will support 😉
