Today I want to talk about the Top 5 Absolutes of Homesteading.

I am sure that this list could be changed, rearranged, and added to. The experiences that we all have while living a self reliant life are all different.

I loved my many years living in the woods. Our nearest neighbor was 1/4 mile away. We had the opportunity to build our own house with our own hands. We built our outbuildings, and created a thriving garden area.

"You need money" Thank you! So often people talk as if you don't and as if everyone can sorts to just go of and get cheap, workable land, which isn't the case. Even if you have enough to buy land outright, which most don't, you still need to find sombre form of income for those expenses you're going to encounter, but hopefully you can incorporate it into your homesteading lifestyle.
