My First MMA Tournament

Beginning of 2019 I decided I needed to get fitter, went onto Google and I found that there was an MMA dojo roughly 500 m away from my house.

this is something I've always wanted to do and I thought this was the perfect time to not only participate but also get fit.

I've been doing MMA roughly for 6 months now, where I missed about 5 weeks worth of training due to work.

last weekend I had my first MMA tournament, I was quite excited but also quite nervous.

in my very first MMA tournament, I got silver for continuous, and I got a gold for Points fighting in my division.
