Bell Juice - Removes thirst at the summer
Friends,
Today is Friday, so presenting a Bangladeshi recipe of making a popular fruit juice. The name of the fruit is Bell. Bell is one of the nutritious fruits. Bell's juice is very attractive to everyone in the summer. There is no substitute for Bell juice to keep the body warm during the summer heat. Besides, Bell juice is very useful in stomach problems and food digestion.
Necessary equipment:
- Bell 1
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Salt 1 spoon
- Water (as needed).
Method:
First wash the belly with water thoroughly. Separate the bell shell with spoon. Then blend with sugar, salt and water as needed. You can give some ice cube if you want. Then serve. Though it is very easy but it is very testy juice.
