In our country, we like sweet in our every foods. When we try to make some delicious item, we are trying to adding sugar. Because without adding sugar, the food is not perfect to us.
But today after reading newspaper, I am really very surprised to know the information that Sugar made of cancer. So by this vlog I am trying to alert you.
Those who like sweet things, those who love chocolates, ice cream or sweet things, now have to keep these alluring sweet foods under control. Because these things do not only increase weight, help in the rapid growth of cancer cells. For this, experts blame directly on sugar. Sugar is playing a big role in the formation of cancer.

I agree that we should reduce the sugar in our diets. I don't use sugar but I do sometimes sweet in my food with honey. I think that is a more healthy way to sweeten things.

Yes, this is really very good habit cuz honey comes from nature. Sometimes I used honey for my facial purpose.
