Today, I will share with you some easy ways to keep your spine good. Because the spine is an important part of our body. Sometimes people become paralyzed if there is a problem with the spine. Some of our daily habits can cause spinal damage. Let's know some simple ways to keep the spine good.

• Avoid exercising too much pressure on the spine.
• To lift something from the bottom, fold your hat and sit up straight, then lift upwards. It will have a good spine.

• You have to leave work habits in the same place all day. Get up at work, or walk for a while.
• Eat more foods rich in Vitamin D. And put on the sweet sunshine in the morning, so your backyard will be fine.
