Hi guys! I will be making an egg dish that I was introduced to when I came to America. It has eggs and plenty of vegetables; it is so good!

  • Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Dashi
  • Five Spice Powder
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Flour
  • Green Onions
