Give your inner critic a break!
It takes celebration of oneself to make better (higher vibrational) choices. Berating yourself doesn't work, let's face it. It decreases your self worth. Lowered self worth means lowered vibrational frequency and then we make choices from that vibrational stand point, on this occasion unhealthy (low vibrational) choices, which most likely stemmed from some little self judging thought..
Increased self worth results in higher energy, better choices, improved immune system, abundance.. And to increase your self worth you need to start feeling good about yourself now. Celebrate yourself!
My favourite ways of celebrating are singing, music, dance.. So in the follow up video, I will share a little intuitive singing improv piece.

And be positive! Try to see the good things in an event/happening. Even in a bad experience, consider it as a learning. Try to be nice and polite to people. Making people happy will make yourself happy too. Even a little contribution can mean a lot for someone.
