You really cannot beat the smell of warm, crispy and fresh bread from your oven. It comes out piping hot, yet you want to tear into and savor its softness.
Wait 15 minutes and you can eat it without burning your mouth. Baking bread is a skill that one should learn again. Everyone eats bread all over the planet.
I made these two trays of bread late yesterday afternoon. I only came back with one and that quickly became my dinner. Also came back to no electricity in the village. It is normal to have it cut off once in a while. So I viewed the sunset as you will see at the end of the video.
