I lost weight with 7 push-ups challenge
Hello people good morning
I share with you my video made to thank this challenge, therefore, I lost weight with it. I was more stimulated to do physical activity.
I put 7 pushups in 7 different places in the square to be able to stimulate others to practice physical activity as well.
