Since I have worked in education in China, that is my area of expertise.
When it comes to other fields, i suppose it wouldnt matter too much. If a Chinese business is hiring non-Chinese people, it is probably because they possess something that isnt easily found in China. I guess hiring foreigners would simply come down to their merit and the personal taste of whoevers hiring.
