The 6th May 2019 marked my first month on steemit. Well, so far it seems like a challenge that requires endurance, application, and time, to achieve success.

Let me touched on these challenges. Since one of the main objectives begins in attracting followers.

Firstly, while many around me failed to show a willingness to explore or even grasp its rewards and opportunities that existed on Steemit.
My endurance will be tested to the max to determine any success; though one way of telling is by assessing how well my interpersonal and communications skills are effective
.
Secondly, how will I apply actions to achieve meaningful success?

Although, I have not yet fully understand how the pay out mechanism works. However, seeing there are great differences when comparing individual account wallet value. To that conclusion, someone who had received thousands of upvotes had more voting weight than someone who only had few hundred upvotes. If people like the first person who upvoted your content (assuming the person got greater amount of SP voting weight), you were much more likely to make it to the steemit front pages and get even more upvotes. As you power up, your upvotes will be worth more, and more people will want to get your upvotes. Hence, increase followers. It's slow going, it will takes time, but it can be done!

Finally, You can turn your SBD into SP through a couple of options: blocktrades can help with a quick conversion, or you can use the Steemit Market to sell your SBD for Steem and then Power Up. It is hard work, it is time-consuming, you just have to put your mind to it, and you can make it work for you! @vimm
