Hello everyone,

Welcome to my D.tube channel. As usual I came back again with today's life motivation concept through my #dmotivation series. In this video I want to explain about By changing our actions, we can change our attitude. Yeah..this is true. People think to change their attitudes without changing their actions.Positive action build you good attitude. Modern psychologists confirm it. For example you can think about smile. There are both negative and positive results gives back you. So Work with a smile. Be smiling for no reason. Experience the big, positive and positive change in the surrounding environment. When you answer the phone, speak with a smiling face.

Great psychologist Dr. John W. Crane, he states:
"Remember, motions are the forerunner of powerful emotions. You can't control a movement directly, but you can let go of all these tragedies (marital problems and misunderstandings) and be aware of the real psychological factors, depending on your emotions and actions. When you make a proper move every day, you will soon begin to gather powerful emotions."

It is easy to confirm that actions can change emotions. This cowardly situation of people who do not want to introduce themselves can be changed with confidence. Perform these three simple activities at once.

  1. Take the other person's hand and warm it.
  2. Look directly at the other.
  3. Say: ' It's so nice to know you.
