[Sndbox DTubeTuesday] Bringing machine learning and Twitter sentiment analysis to Steemit

After whole year working on my Twitter sentiment analyzer, I've defended the thesis and it's time to put that algorithm to work! This video is not really funny/entertaining vlog as I usually try to do, but rather boring programmers talk. I warned you :)

Also, this vid is 14 minutes long. I know I fu*ked up. As @shaidon pointed out in his last vid, we shouldn't abuse the platform. That's why I won't upload anything to DTube till the next week.

Sooo, my #sndbox DTube Tuesday vid talks about 2 projects I'm about to start/just started. It's not an artist timelapse as they kinda hoped for, but I believe that nice code is a form of art as well :)

• SentiSteem

  Set the keyword of what you're interested in, choose time, location and language of the tweets to be analyzed.... and get an amazing Steemit post/report generated for you. Couple of seconds work for you, ton of work for my robust algorithm. Real data and real world results! INterested how Trump is doing? Or if LeBron James popularity is going up or down? Or maybe how people talk about Steemit on Twitter. SentiSteem can do it all :) Timestamps:

  • 04:47 - showing how the "operator" UI looks like
  • 06:00- showing current form of the report

• Learn & Earn

  Nothing really suuper new but I'm still excited about the idea. Every morning, I write down what I've learned yesterday. I want to bring this habit to fellow Steemians and reward them for learning using Steem-bounty dApp. I'm looking for some extra STEEM (anyone? :P) to get running the third tier where people will have to submit their learnings daily (described in the post itself).
