I sing automatic writing (which is a page of material written in 20 minutes from whatever is on the top of my head.)

I pick from three things randomly from three bowls which include keys, scales and rhythms.

Then I make up a song on the spot!

I also write and arrange songs in the conventional form. I am here illustrating how easy it is to make music. Play some chords, sing something!
