You are so much more tougher than you think!

Hope you're all well!
I'm pretty proud of myself. I went running out in the rain, even though I would have 100% rather couched it up instead. Creating fitness-related videos really helps me toughen up... and I realised that I'm not going to get anywhere if I let small things dissuade me from training.
The message I wanted to pass onto you, is that you too are way tougher than you think. If you're struggling to get exercising, join a bootcamp or a group fitness thing. I always perform a lot better when there's other people around. Work out the psychology behind what gets you training at your best, and create situations where you benefit. You're so much tougher than you think!
Also, looks like my lights really highlighted the running sweat, sorry about that everybody!
