The housing bubble has been blowing up bigger and bigger since the last pop. I'm holding out for a year or two. This crazy housing market can't last forever. When the bubble pops there's going to be a huge discount. I just hope I will still have a job when the market turns. We'll see....
I wonder if the season to buy a house over there has any impact on the price.
You can only put in your best and hope. If it is a sellers market, you better hurry up and get yours up for sale! ;)
