How to Make Piroshki - Russian Meal
Piroshki is a Russian dish that is very much like what we call a pasty here in Michigan. Basically a beef and veg ball wrapped and fried in dough. YUM. Very filling!!

They do remind me a lot of pasties, the truth, indeed. I can actually see some cheese working really well up there too. For some reason I wanted to choose with havarti cheese or perhaps even some Swiss or mozzarella. Picture just bring back a lot of memories, making everything from scratch because it just tastes better. In fact, it still does and nothing says love like a little bit of homemade.
I still like making Golumpki, that what my grandmother called Polish cabbage rolls but I'm pretty sure that they're all the same.
Nice to know that you're not only a pretty face but you can cook too. I'm glad that your wife does not get jealous of your culinary skills. Have a great day!

Funny because we were saying the same thing. Cheese would have been a no brainer. I dont think they did cheese in the pasties either though. I am not sure if you saw my cheesy meatballs but they have cheese on top AND inside.

Pasties didn't have cheese and pretty dull with few ingredients, but a real treat on a cold day. Cheese would have really zipped them up a bit.
