Well I had issues with posting till later this evening. First you may need to get your dtube private and public key. Then login to dtube via steem connect. It actually popped up for me when i tried it this evening. Then of course it takes a while to upload. I don't know id it consumes much data but i did it over wifi. Took some time tho to upload. You just have to he patient.
