Great video Ozzie. I struggle so much with diet, as you know im intermittent fasting fom 8pm till 1pm and I do well most days, but there are days when i give in and pig out and ruin the whole week, I need to get a handle on that.
So why no fruit? Cause it converts to sugar?
The main goal is to control insulin. When insulin levels are low glucagon levels are higher. Insulin builds and glucagon removes. So if you want to burn stored fat glucagon is your friend. That's why when someone is hypoglycemic EMTs inject glucagon to release energy stores (good old fat and stuff)
