Morels are awesome! One of my favorite flavors. We get them around here too but we still have a bit to go before they start popping up... I soak them in salted water for a bit to clean them. Then slice them and sauté them in a fry pan with a bit of butter. Great on top of steaks, burgers, or as a side dish all on their own. Hope you guys are all doing great!
Hey man! Yeah i rinsed them, sliced them in half long way and then sauteed them in olive oil with onion and seasonings. It was pretty good!
Olive oil and onions with them sound good too... Might have to try that this year. Cheers!
