I'm stopping by as a fellow #seven77 family member. I enjoyed your review, my husband, @crypt-skip, is a big Godzilla fan and we have already seen the movie. I agree with your review, it was definitely worth watching, and I am not a Godzilla fan, per se. But the fights scenes were good and it was interesting enough to keep my attention. I just wish the fight scenes weren't so dark.
It's actually a curse of Hollywood movies these days to be rendered too dark. Like, a scifi movie set in space, at night on a spaceship with poor lighting... crazy.
