REVISO LA BRISA: "Exploring the wind"
This week I entered Open Mic with this music poem I found after searching between my lyrics. As I consider this a special song, inspiring and deep, I wanted to make a special video to share in this platform.
I decided to translate the title as "Exploring the wind". In my Open Mic version I added subtitles but this video is clean, so I will leave you instead the lyrics bellow.
EXPLORING THE WIND
I explore the wind. I take a breath.
And the picture changes but the path
becomes more constant and it repeats itself
"where's now the creative hidden?
Few lines paint divisions
I don't get to understand
Today I feel to speak also your voice,
for ours and the other's eyes now lost.
See? A distracted world is playing
the game of being alive.
But what about life?
I won't shut my mind this time
to please only, and anyone.
Sacred is the song arising to wake up.

Artists should follow their instincts and respond to noone in particular. Artist block can be the result of conflicting thoughts at the time of creations: should you say this or that? should you say it as you perceive it or as people want to see it?
