Who doesn't love good food? Welcome to part 1 of our week on cooking! We chat about all sorts of fun things, and share some kitchen disasters between our two shows this week.
We also may have filmed my favorite video ever... a Steem Sister Guacamole off to find out who makes the best guac. 🥑Stay tuned for that coming soon!

What is the Steem Sister Show All About?
We aim to bring more “non-crypto” related content to the Steem Blockchain. Although there is nothing wrong with this kind of content (@coruscate even posts on crypto related material sometimes) – we want to help create a better onboarding experience for new users. We talk a lot about attracting new users to the platform – but if the trending page is filled with crypto posts and flagging wars, they are likely to lose interest quickly.
We hope that by creating content that is more similar to what they are used to seeing on other social media sites – they will feel more excited about being here and creating content of their own!
How Does It Work?
We pick a different theme every week, and then throw totally random questions about that topic in a hat and go back and forth. We always have a mix of our own questions and some audience questions. Our rule is that we cannot tell each other our answers before filming! So you guys are getting our raw, unfiltered reactions here.
Every episode we announce the next week’s topic so people can submit questions.

The Next Week's Topic: Finding Your Purpose
Both Mary and I are working on our own super secret (although we'll probably dish in the episode) side projects that we are excited about that will help us create the future lives we want to live! So we thought it seemed timely to talk about finding your purpose. We know this is a broad topic, and so we'd love to get questions. Really anything on finding meaning in your life, exploring your passions, or finding meaningful work would be great!

Fun watch thanks for something not so crypto or doom and gloom. For our wedding, we did a fake fancy looking 3 tiered cake. The top layer was the only real cake we cut that to feed each other. Then we had sheet cakes in the back and had the piece bought to the tables was cheap.
Do you like oatmeal? Back in 2009, I asked iJustine that question and she showed my video question and then answered it saying of course as she used to make videos about that before that.
Whoa!!! Wait a second here... The Steem Sisters threatened to go on strike because they hadn't received enough questions... and so out of fear and love, the whole wide world rallied and asked a hundred, million questions about cooking, and only one of them was used... as an unofficial, unvoted and potentially unwanted leader of the audience, now I'm calling for a strike...
Strike, strike, strike, strike!
Dammit guy... this is why I don't organise things....

I think that the only purpose or meaning we have is the one we create. It's not something that can be found.
If I'm right about that and rather than looking for it you could choose it/create it what would you choose your purpose to be? 😁
