Steemskate 7: Skate with an old friend, new trick and bowl sesh

Hey Steemskaters I have finally got round to uploading my video for steemskate. I had a bit of a real life London hustle I had to sort out . Basically a month before my trip around the world I was told the landlord was selling the flat so had to hustle and find a new room. In between this adventure I did get to go skate and let off some steam or should I say Steem!!!!. So this is Steemskate 7.
The Footage
The first bit of footage is of me and a good friend skating a jam in Gillets Square, Dalston. The friend in question known as Alfie “the serial prankster” managed to snap his board in the first 30 mins. Everytime I go skate with this dude he hurts himself or snaps a board. Anyway after snapping his board we tried a tandem flamingo routine which we managed to sketch out over 40’s style . I then also threw in a disgusting airwalk which should be called and airslouch (this means I am going to have to get a good one on camera). I then convinced Alfie to ollie the bin which came out awesome and I managed to throw my carcass round a half cab flip. The footage of the nollie back lip on the curb came after filming the backside bigspin footage. For older skate nerds the close up of the curb reminds me of an angle from a Matt Hensley section from Hocus Pocus. The final bowl footage comes from a session last week Friday after work the two tricks a slobbish but it was the best I could do . Will take the over 40’s card on those ones.
The Music
The music for this is a great story . It comes from a talented vocalist I have recently got to know, Amy Nicholls . It was a lazy Sunday and I was feeling creative so I asked Amy if she wanted to collab on a song,she agreed. I then went about making the song which I later called “whatsapp luv” . I went for a nice slow jazz type ballad which seemed to fit especially the slow motion . At some points looks like me and Alfie are doing a slow waltz with the skateboard.
