what really woke me up to crypto was when i got a crypto wallet that was nice to look at, that was exodus.io

a super simple wallet that even has the ability to exchange (using an intergrated shapeshift.io implementation) between crypto funds, super useful, super easy to use, great way to get into understand the sending and receiving of digital assets. i personally believe that this will be the future of working where the value of your time as a remote worker will be paid out in a crypto currency, it just makes everything so easy and it completely removes the barriers as anyone in the world with a phone who can scan a qr code can send funds or receive money to a crypto address -- it's everything i ever wanted micro payments and more to be.

i realise a lot of people are investing purely for gains and to get in early but i'm just as excited for the possibility of the global value exchange and switching my online work to a more crypto centric method of payment, i'm already mocking up the ideas of complete websites and concepts where you can buy the whole thing for a bitcoin because of the sheer amount of crypto out there sitting in wallets, imagine if you could spend a weekend on a concept and put it up and promote it and ultimately buy the domain, concept and have you paid for a few months to help with the handover or to find the people to actually deliver the concept -- that could be an onboarding team dream.
