2.8GB for a 13 minute 4K video? That needs to be compressed so that I can actually watch it properly.

Take the 4K config in this list of config files with the framerate of the original video, import it into Handbrake and encode it. The resulting filesize would be about half of the original one, you won't notice any degradation of the footage, and I could actually watch it without issues 😉
