Keep calm and stare at me - we call it mediation
Ok tonight l am at the edge of the worlds. Looking into the dungeon's to see the dragons. I remembered when I used to have a meditation centre in Romania it was one of my favourite exercises, because it should be made within very low light and you usually access the hidden parts of you, the shadows or the deamons. It was difficult at the beginning but after many experiences is also a releasing experience to realize that we all, without any exceptions we have our hidden shadows and we pretend to live really well without knowing them. Once we access the unacceptable fears we tend to become more kind to some parts that we still blame in society: killers, the un-adequates, the parias. We are in some extend them and we discover that the only way to actually cure the world and them is to treat them with something they have been missing a lot and we still miss sometimes, love.
