Today we were almost having heat stroke on the river. SHEW!!! All the kids learned how to kayak and we had so much fun! Great time with forever friends, but oh so hot!!! Happy 4th of July friends! Thanks for watching!
howdy today @thefarmerswife! hey that was a dang large creek, I thought it was a river or lake! I never liked the thought of kayaks because I see people turn over in them and then have a hard time getting righted or have to swim out from underneath and then it's a big mess. so in other words, ya'll are much braver than I am!
I didn't know until yesterday that the Farmer was an Air Force vet...God bless him for his service!!! praise God! I'm liking ya'll more all the time.
AS crazy as ever. I am beginning to think they like drama or they are really bad at handling any kind of problem. I have spent most of my life as a prepper and homesteader so I guess I have learned to cope a little better...
We rented them, but now that everyone (even my 5 yo) can manage one, we think we will get some. There's so many places around here to kayak and it's so fun and relaxing.
