Phoenix point it's created by the Jullion Gollop ( the original creator of UFO Enemy Unknown, XCOM Terror from the deep, XCOM Apocalypse etc ). It's still a pre-alpha version and a lot more of mutating aliens, alien bosses (like Alien Queen in Ep 6, weapons, buildings etc will be added as we get closer to the release date ( September 2019).
