RE: Where do you draw the line? (I had to get this off my chest)

I agree with you, the 2 are blurred. When it's blatant it's upsetting. Not sure if it's laziness or lack of confidence. Maybe some will see this and take a second look at things.

I agree tryskele. I find it horrid anyways. Hopefully we don't have this culture grow any further on here

I think there will always be those that try to get something for nothing. That's where we come in. By not giving them any power. If they are ignored, they will move on to something else.

Just like about a year ago when people were posting mindless memes with nothing else or just a simple picture which may or may not have been theirs. Actual contributors ignored them, no upvotes, rare comments, but overall gave them no attention. Now it seems to be just a small handful or I have managed to arrange my circle to not involved them.

Awareness is key though, it's great you brought attention to this, then someone else will start looking. One of the things I have learned in the past 18 months, is how much copied, plagiarized posts are frowned upon.

If they are ignored

Theres the catch. They thrive on not being ignore, and usually the things that cannot be ignored are copied.

I haven't been here for 18 months, but in the short time I have been here I have noticed how tough the axe falls on those who do not care to put effort, and I hope the people who do so now may stop and learnt to appreciate others' works and at the same time develop themselves.
