Beneficios de entrenar con Musica

Buenos días que feliz me encuentro de poder compartir con ustedes mi forma de ejercitarme quiero comenzar hoy agradeciendo a Dios por estar vivo y por lo que nos provee en sus alimentos en día, a mi mama hermanos por estar en armonía con paz. Agradecer a ustedes stemianos por permitirme crecer en esta plataforma equitativa donde todos ganan y aprender de ustedes también cuando leo sus articulos

Hoy le quiero compartir cual beneficio es entrenar con música ya que al hacerlo eleve tu estado de animo y ademas incrementa la quema de calorías obteniendo mejor resultado. por eso donde vaya siempre llevo mi mejor música. a mi me gusta la música romántica, la cumbia son mis favoritas

y tu que música te gusta escuchar.
