Hope you enjoyed your D&D session - I used to love playing :) I think a family games sessions is such a fab idea if you live close enough to connect with each other. My family is all a little far away, but we talk at length (!) and often. So important- exactly like you say.

Have you tried to do Facetime games? Set up your phones so you can see each other and the games then do each others moves on each of the boards. It should be fun! We should test that out some time.
