ps- that paint has saved many trees in my forest. super valuable info!!!! i testify!!!!!! i'm so grateful you covered it...and filmed a young sapling too. i cut down a cherry tree and a peach tree this year from sun scald...and wood boring insects. if i had applied the paint early on...they would have not died. as you said..prunus seems to be affected the most. in tropical locations...i'm seeing people use the paint...and have much greater success with young avocados.
