Whenever we enter into the some space to achieve, then don't enter with the Short Term Mindset and that is because Short Term Mindset will not push us towards the ultimate goal. To achieve particular goal, it's an process for sure and we have to showcase the patience and we have to continue no matter what the situation is.
Rewards are real boosters and really gives the Additional Motivation. But, if you just going to think as quick rewards and holding just rewards mindset then for sure it will going to affect our work because, just rewards will affect our work inversely when we fail to get the rewards. So, we have to enjoy our work and rewards will follow.
Most important aspect is, following our passion and that is because, in my opinion the aspect of Long Term Journey succeeds in case of following our passion most of the times because no matter how much we work towards our passion it will not going to take the face of Work and inturn we will going to get the fun essence because we own that work.

Ha ha, In my opinion if we really try to see the reality then the money is not ours because it is controlled by few, so money is illusion in Physical form. So to change our reality we our conscious actions and nothing is Get Quick Process and currently in my opinion we are in the process of changing the core and face of money. And to reach the ultimate destination we need patience and long term mindset and money is not ultimate destination.
