D-Yoga: What is Bramacharya ? Another yoga step in the yoguic path...
Good night my beloved @dtube comunity and dtubefamily777 .
In tonights video i am talking about bramacharya wich is a really important topic in the yoga tradition. In the western culture this topic it is not well known excepts for the tantric. This practice means to focus your sexual energy inside you and not being wasted each day in different kind of activitis or behavioours.

Yes my dear @prettynicevideo . But all we know that nowadays that is difficult but we can achieve a high grade of bramacharya. But as you can think living in big citys it is an obstacle in this path. Really the yoga books recommend to live outsides the big citys as you can imagine. I ll speak about that topic in another video.
