Thank you @yonilkar for your three questions! In my opinion:

1. Biggest problem - usability, I have tried to get friends on Steemit or other Steem based apps, but they find it a lot of work for an uncertain reward. I do see their point, but you have to have persistence as its different from other social media sites is what I tell them, but since the mass adopts FB, IG and other big social media sites, they need up staying there.
   The other big problem is perception of crypto having no real use and Steem often gets overshadowed by more major cryptocurrencies.

2. This is not financial advice. Personally, I would do both. Steem is a crypto that we hope to use daily one day and thus I would invest as well as in other cryptos I find valuable. You should also create content as Steemit and other interfaces are social media applications built on the Steem blockchain thus creating content shows its use-case.

3. Communities are trying their hardest to have a more efficient and robust curation system, but it takes dedication from all the members. Each member could/would have a different opinion on content that should be rewarded etc., so it's always difficult to please everyone. I think this is the toughest question out of them all, which would need to be revisited or reconsidered by community leaders.
