Good Morning! I am a new member of Earth Nation Guild and attempted to use this service and recieved a refund due to being a non-member. Did I do something wrong or did my membership not go through?

Yes, we see it. The service was always for only 1 wish per week for non guild members. You asked for two in two days. We state sbd will not be returned if guidelines are not followed. I have returned your sbd. Check out www.asc.ai/steemit to join our guild and be supported as a minnow.
The .02 was refunded the first time due to a profile location. I'm not sure what that meant. I did notice others made the same mistake during the same time.
The second 0.2 was sent the next day, thinking the 1st time did not count.
