I love the ECB - ECB pushes back rate hike plans, announces fresh funding for banks

I am very surprised that the ECB won't hike rates and keeps on funding banks with fresh money:

"The European Central Bank (ECB) announced Thursday that it will launch another program to stimulate bank lending in the euro zone, for a third time."

Remember dear EU citizens: If the EU widens the money supply by 10%, your wealth (in Euro) loses value of 1-1/1.1 = 9.1%.
This is outright theft.
How long will it take until EU citizens storm the ECB and demand justice for the people responsible?
