4NEW ICO - An Eco Friendly Waste to Energy Solution!

4NEW it is set to launch the world’s first eco-friendly waste to energy power plant that will be fully integrated on the blockchain network and dedicated to crypto-mining. Thus addressing some major current real world problems.

This is especially a major problem in the UK given that all of the landfill sites are set to be full by January 2019 and as the UK buries more than 18.8 million tonnes of household waste, this issue needs to be urgently addressed.

In essence 4NEW will collect the waste which will then be processed through a high pressured combustion chamber via a process know as gasification, resulting in the generation of free energy and organic byproducts.

This free energy can they be used at an onsite crypto-mining farm thus solving one of the main issues of cryptocurrency i.e the massive amount of energy consumption that each transaction requires. Alternatively the energy can be sold back to the national grid.

The dividend reinvestment strategy also means that power used for the crypto mining facility will be paid out quarterly. So in June when the plant activates so will the income stream generated from the token utilisation.

The first site is currently under development at Driffield and due to launch in June 2018, the second one will follow shortly after and will be based at the Sheffield site.

The first plant will have a capacity of generating 10 megawatts of power every hour, the plan is to be able to increase the output capacity to 40 megawatts per hour. 1 megawatt is equivalent to 1000 kilowatts, which is sufficient to power 1000 households for a whole day.

At the moment the token price is $1.50 until the 11th March when it will go up to $1.75, then on 22nd March it will go to $2.00 until the end of the ICO on 31 March 2017( unless sold out before then). Any unsold tokens will be burned.
