When I was born there was no internet for that time or the word bullying was in the dictionary. If someone offended you were fixed to blow and believe me they did not want to continue to mock. But being present I think that both the offender or Mocker as the one who accepts the mockery have psychological problems. Mostly both are causes of poor parenting.
