RE: How Do You Know Something's Over? - Oh, You'll Know...!

what an adventure! I think that endurance challenges are one of those things that we should just keep pushing on.. giving all we got.. i guess unless it means serious injury or death of course! ]

congrats on that mission! I once rode from scotland to london.. i DID give up half way though as i got a bit ill..

thanks for taking part again!

Scotland to London? I wanna do that! Or even better, London to Scotland, hehehe.

The way I see it, endurance challenge is only part of cycling long distances. It's so much more. For me it was chance to get to know myself, as well as the world around me, a daily practice in practical manifestation, and not lastly becoming tuned in to the Universe. And I feel pretty certain (though I couldn't prove it), I think injury - though probably not death - is just extreme way the Universe gives you a sign, probably when other attempts have failed. I mean, just because we didn't finish something the way we wanted doesn't mean that we didn't finish it. And I'm sure there is always something to be gotten out of it, even if we may see the result as an "abandoned plan" or "unrealized potential".

london to scotland, Best idea! ill never forget how things got progressively less friendly as we went south.. In scotland everyone would wave hello, and back then the farmers would let us camp in their fields for free and brought us breakfast all those cute things.

a beautiful route, some amazing mountains on the way,, so hard up and then u fly down!
