Exclude Capitalism for the Basic Surviving Needs!

in #ecotrain6 years ago

I never go so deeply into things cause most of the times people get me wrong and I hate to discuss my ideas with them as they are not trained to think outside the box and all the time I look like a crazy shrimp...

Alright, lets get to the point where I say that I am not supporting this capitalistic trash of a system that has been running for decades after decades leaving people sick and tired of the basic needs to survive, such as food, water, electricity and clothes.

We all know that 30-40 years ago, everything was different, most of us will say that it was much easier and better to live in that ecosystem community than right now, are they right? - Yes they are, more than right!

How are they right?

  • They are right because 30-40 years ago we didn't had a lot of products (gadgets, life hacking tools etc.) and people with their salaries could buy food, water, pay bills and buy some clothes even go to vacation and stuff. Now, they can't even afford to make it through the month and why is it like that? Because of the capitalism duh... Today we are brainwashed by medias, TV's, commercials, movies, songs etc. that we are so hyped about bikes, cards, mobiles and other similar products that are thrown at as that they are necessary for your life and our happiness and of course, most of the people can't afford them and they are excluded from the social norms which leads to poor life and unhappiness a.k.a. depression.

People show off by buying branded clothes, phones, cars etc. with that, they are being ranked in the society by their buying power, some of them are capably to follow the brand, some of them are not and if you are not you are cast away like Tom Hanks on Cast Away movie, it isn't pleasant and it would never be.

To make it clear, I don't hate the concept of the capitalism, I think it's a good system but its not running properly, it's like a Windows 10 on 2 GB ram, it's lagging and its not working as it should, you can't use all the cool features on it because you are not fully adapting to it.

I support capitalism, people should be identified by their powers, but not on basic needs. People get profit from selling food, water, bills, health and clothes which is not much of a great humanity model to my opinion, the capitalism should be competing to earn more money into the following categories:

  • Gadgets;
  • Transport vehicles;
  • Life hack products;
  • Games;
  • Entertaining products;
  • Toys etc.

And a lot more products that are not necessary for our survival, yes, most of those products can make our life easier but we can exclude them (read bellow) and live without them if we have a different mindset.

How can you exclude all of the following?

  • The most important is that we need to train ourselves, what is necessary for my survival, what do I really need in my daily life routine, can I make it without that product/thing?
    If you can master this than you are one of the rarest people in the planet and if we awake more people we gonna achieve so much!

Is this even possible?

  • Yes, it is! The new system is not gonna be called capitalism or any other system, it's gonna be a hybrid model of a perfect one, grind for more (from the capitalism) and care for all (socialism).

How is this gonna contribute to the society?

  • Everyone will have a fair chance to buy the most needed things in life, such as: food, water, clothes, electricity etc. Pure socialism right, if you don't profit from this than our society is gonna adapt more and we gonna have less miserable people who are not healthy mentally or physically.
    Who is gonna do all of this, someone is gonna produce the food, the clothes, the water to those people. Yes, but we already have robots to do that, we produce food thanks to those big fabrics that have a lot of robots and the manual work is not needed at all, what if the government can invest their money into those robots and start opening socialistic fabrics for food, clothes etc. and sell them at normal prices (to cover the bills, manual labor if its necessary etc.), this will exclude the tax, profit income which will result in way too low prices for the basic survival products.

The other fabrics for other categories can work with capitalistic models, people who will want more than their surviving pack they can work more to get the gadgets that can easier their life and bring more enjoyment, but basic needs are not for making profit!

Another thing is that more than 300 million of world population is at depression, that's around 4.4% of total population, but those are only the ones who asked for help of admitted that they have depression, I think that we have triple of that amount of people who are depressed but never went to a doctor or told to their friends about their current situation.

Besides that, we have around 115 millions of people living with the most awful illness in the world called cancer, this is by a study recorded in 2015, now we have much more since with capitalism people benefit from food which creates a bad healthy for all of us. In capitalism, time is money and they do their best to produce food as quick as they can to profit more which leads to very unhealthy food, including veggies and fruits, with GMO we are taking a huge unhealthy hit and we are just accepting that without even doing anything about it.

If I ever have a chance to make a change I will start with creating a fabric of mine that generates healthy & organic food thanks to the robotic technology and charge it only to cover my cost for bills and manual labor if its needed. But, that will take a lot of money and I may start a donation thing or ask for help, I know its doable I just need the right people around me that will see the the whole thing as I see it and contribute to the greater good.

Thanks for reading and please leave a comment down bellow with your thoughts about the hybrid system of capitalism and socialism, pros and cons, I would be more than happy to hear you all.

Hey lost! I got really curious by this post because I live in a socialist country and there's not happiness at all, people are actually starving (I'm from Venezuela), and our neighbors of Nicaragua are going through the same thing.

What you are talking about is not socialism, it's a robotic Utopia, and maybe that would be great to make the world better, but we are still very far away from that. Besides some important geniuses and scientists say that is robots were intelligent enough to do everything, they would also be intelligent enough to control us. But I'm not sure about this, I'm not an expert in robots or AI.

When you talk about the survival package it sounds great, but you are missing some things. [I know a lot about this because we also receive a survival package here in Venezuela, it's called CLAP.]

  • This would take away the right to decide. If everyone receives the same, it means that no one can their have own decisions, and if (like you said) people can do extra tasks or work more to earn what they want, that would lead to capitalism again. Plus they would have to work more, not solving the problem of over working.

  • Everyone has different needs. Some people are allergic to certain foods, some people are taller and need more food, some people don't like certain foods, some tend to eat less, etc etc. If they give people a survival package containing the same, it wouldn't be fair for people who have different needs. A lot of them would die.
    Now, if they give different foods to people with special needs, it wouldn't be equality. People will complain, and there would be a creation of a black market, going back to capitalism again.

  • This point is very important. Someone will have to deliver the survival package,maybe a group, maybe the government, robots, or whoever.
    Here is where corruption is generated, for example in my country most people never receive the food. The human nature is competitive, and someone will want to take all the food for them. Even robots make mistakes.

I've been experiencing socialism for 20 years, and I read the communist manifesto. Everything you can read in that book has been applied here, and nothing worked.

I think in the future, AI will either make the world perfect or destroy us. I'm not sure if robots are as flawless as we use to think...

Anyway. It's just my opinion, nothing personal my friend :)

Hi, sorry for the late reply, just saw your comment buddy. Yes, you can never make people equal, cause people have different abilities. What I suggest is a hybrid model of a system, socialism + capitalism, this will work, its not gonna be 100% socialism nor capitalism but will take the good sides from both systems and create the best system also, if you don't like socialism you wont like capitalism as well, it has very ugly sides. To prevent utopia we need to limit our next generations, basic needs are not for profiting, even if it leads to utopia I will stand by this forever, better all or nothing, that's just my point of view. Thanks for your comment, regards.

I hate state capitalism and socialism/communism. You are right, we need a more humanistic system. I like some countries in Europe and Asia that have a very good system and people live more happily. Most of these countries don't have a leader but several ministers and a parliament controlled by citizens. I like the idea of decentralization, it resembles the blockchain and seems to be good :)

greetings bro!
