Are we bringing up our kids in the right atmosphere?

Now, I'm aware of the existence of different cultures and traditions all around the world. Each having different beliefs and ways of raising children.

What I want to address is something that doesn't relate with any tradition in particular but should be considered in any part of the world.

In this post, I'm addressing kids born in a home where there is a father and mother figure. Either couples who are legally married or just living together and having kids.

The most important thing the whole world both male and female but most especially females need to consider before having children with any partner is this: AM I REALLY HAPPY WITH THIS PERSON? IS OUR RELATIONSHIP CONSIDERED A HEALTHY AND HAPPY ONE?

ladies, it's much better not to have kids in a troubled relationship.

Been an adult doesn't qualify you to have children!

Think twice before deciding to bring in a child into an unhealthy relationship.
Children are like sponges. They take in everything around them most especially in the home where they spend much time in.

Simply put this way: AN UNHEALTHY RELATIONSHIP CAN NEVER PRODUCE A HEALTHY CHILD. Healthy here I'm referring to the mind and emotions not particularly the body.
There has never been a child who grew up in an unhappy home who never got affected by the things that happened in that home.

Let's stop creating a circle of unhappiness in our generation leading to cases of depression, abuse, and even suicide.

A child trained with love and patience will grow up to bring up more children trained with love and patience.

It is true children bring happiness especially before adult age. As babies or toddlers or under 15, they can be exciting to have around. But have you asked your self if that child can in turn give happiness to his environment.

Don't use your children to get happiness. Don't just be eager to be called a mother or a father. Prepare a better place for that child before bringing him into this world.
That's the first thing you need to do. Other major responsibilities are still there waiting for you in the future.

Live a life worth emulating and your kids will in turn follow your steps.

Above all, teach and bring up your children with the fear of God.
Always pray for your children even when they are going the wrong way. Worry doesn't correct a child but prayers can work miracles.
